They needed to swap out a vase and they sent me a text message with a picture to get my approval first. The personal attention my order received as awesome! I requested for an early delivery if possible and the flowers were delivered around 9:00 am on Valentines day morning. My Wife was excited because she received a delivery before anyone else in the office! This guy got some 'points' for that! Ha! “Idk about other folks, but we have had terrible luck with hotels for about the last year, despite reading reviews and choosing Hilton and Marriott properties. This Hampton in Covington was very refreshing! The common areas and our room were quite clean. Know how you close the bathroom door and there is always hair on the floor? Not here!! I was worried because there were some reviews to the contrary. This was the first time in a while someone has acknowledged that I’m an Honors member and offered refreshments (thanks!). The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is because our mattresses were super hard. My husband and I tossed and turned all night and woke up with back aches, and even my 19yo said his was really uncomfortable (after sleeping in a dorm bed for 2 semesters). Other than the sleep quality, this was the best hotel I’ve checked into in at least a year.”
