He never spoke down to me and made sure I understood every facet of my medical issue and proposed treatment. Dr. Alexander's staff, including office personnel, is very cordial, professional, efficient and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful. The office runs like a well oiled machine.”

“A great optical shop! For many years, I bought all of my glasses from St. Charles optical in NOLA. They were bought out by another company and simply are not the same. So, to make a long story short, I shopped at 11 different optical shops in the metro NOLA area and they all had issues - such as lying, not knowing their products, egregiously running up charges, etc.. Finally, decided to try Cate Street Optical and I am glad that I did. Over the past year, I have bought over 7 pairs of glasses and sunglasses and they have excellent quality and good prices. Most importantly, the staff know what they offer and make good recommendations. They are honest, and I trust them. Jeanette is the office manager and she works hard to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchases. They offer a wide selection of lenses for regular glasses and sunglasses. I will be buying more glasses in the future from them. I live in New Orleans and drive just under an hour to go to their office in Hammond. It is well worth the drive! Highly recommended.”
