I was told my covered damage was $8,500, which was less than my $13,600 deductible and that I wouldn’t see a dime from them. Yes, my “named storm deductible” was high, but considering the extent of the damage, this made no sense to me. She was kind, understanding, compassionate, and good at what she does! It was a stressful time for me, and she assured me it would work out. Really, she’s the best!
