“I was in Louisiana and that was the nearest truckstop I could find. I’m glad I stoped. It’s a small truck stop I got to explore shell they are 24/7 including subway. They have showers too. So if you can’t find big one like pilot, loves or TA. Hey it’s a win win. I stayed over night I got no problem for staying there over again. They have casino so for hustlers that’s a place too.”

“This place has such a great feel. The color is very festive and warm and it just made me feel like I was part of a celebration. The seating isn't super plush or luxurious, but it's comfortable enough to sit through an hour long dinner for sure. Our food came and it looked as amazing as it tasted. I've been to a bunch of hispanic restaurants, but this place wins my seal of approval because of the food, but also the very reasonable pricing. The wait staff was kind and courteous and I never had to ask for them to give me a refill. There were four in my party and they accommodated us very well. If you're looking for a five course meal at super fine dining standards, this isn't your place. However, if you want to go eat and feel welcome, leave full, and still have your wallet intact- you must eat here. We'll worth the trip.”

It might just be a case where they set expectations so high in every other area that the slightest weak spot shows up more. I would happily go back ...but I have found better steaks at this price in other areas, same for most of the other food. If they were just 1 step down in price point they would be 5 star across the board. But comparing them to others at this same price point I have to be fair....they nail it in every other area. If you are looking for "very good" food vs "excellent food", with world class atmosphere and service, they are spot on.”

I heard they also charge for chips and salsa.$2.. if they are going to nickel and dime everything, they should tell you before or put it on the menu... which is about 25% higher for everything than the menu on their website. Pretty easy to swap out a new picture of their menu. Food was good.. service good too.”
