“Have stayed here 3 times all fit a fishing trip. First year there was no fridge. Second year read fine. Just recently as 23 July 2021 the first room, a toilet was squeaking so loud even with the door closed you could hear it. Tried fixing it ourselves and didn't work. Would have to pull toilet handle up and jiggle it multiple times. Moved rooms and it was decent. Shower isn't great. But there is a store on the first level that has a little food and a lot of drinks and some shirts and hats. Has 2 fish cleaning stations and a place to hang your fish and take pictures. Can't get much better where it's located in my mind. Marina bar next door with great food and can cook your caught fish if you'd like. For what this place is DESIGNED for and it's LOCATION, devoutly 4 star. If this was in the city it would be a different story. Keep it real.”

“Squeaky Clean laundromat is clean, staffed, reasonably priced, serves a seemingly decent clientele, and is conveniently located right by the Hammond Wal-Mart. They offer laundry services along with self-service machines. The machines, and there are plenty, seemed to be well-maintained and modern...no pile of broken ones on a back wall or on the building's side, like you would see at run-down places. I felt safe putting my good clothes in both the washers and dryers here, not fearing a washer breakdown or burn marks from a dryer. The regular size dryer dried a large load of laundry, including a heavy comforter, in 30 minutes flat... for real. Aside from the new equipment, services, and location, this is the first and only time I used a countertop at a public laundromat to fold my clothes. It really was that clean. There was a very friendly, helpful, and polite lady working, and she was actually working, much different from what you see everywhere now. She was truly hustling, not just leaning against a wall collecting twelve bucks an hour. There is a restroom for customers, which I used. It was also clean. I felt safe enough to leave my things inside while I went to have a smoke in the roomy parking area. I believe that's all I can say, except I will list the prices below. Big modern washer: $6⁵⁰/load Regular cheap-o washer: $3²⁵/load Regular dryer: $1⁷⁵/30 minutes Extra large dryer: $3⁰⁰/load One more thing: CHEAP-O WASHERS! THEY HAVE 4 IN THE BACK OF EACH CORNER, (well, I think they are in both back corners...maybe just 4 in one back corner). The rest are modern. I'm poor, so I had to use the cheap-o. It washed my clothes fine, and it's not that small. It's just average with an agitater in the middle. Overall FANTASTIC place to wash clothes if you need to. I will go here next time. ☆☆ For those unfamiliar with Hammond: Church Street is very near the Wal-Mart Supercenter-between it and I-55. Coming from I-55, you'll take the Hammond/Albany exit, take the Hammond off ramp, (right) and immediately get in your left lane to take a quickly upcoming left on Church, and basically make a U-turn to get to the parking lot.”
