Andy is totally honest, guarantees his work, knows what is and isn't needed as well as the most conservative fix, knows his customers, answers the phone, and will even drive you to work and pick you up. He works on all kinds of cars, but specializes in Toyota, Lexus, and Honda. Because he's a certified trained technician, my new car's warranty allowed him to do covered repairs and maintenance, so I didn't have to go to the dealer. He will remind you of necessary maintenance, check tire condition, correct tire pressure, and add windshield washer fluid as a matter of course. He once told me that he didn't understand why mechanics cheated people, because it's so unnecessary. He said there's lots of business out there to make an honest dollar as a mechanic. “I am very happy with the service from Integrity. They came highly recommended. My water softener had a problem and the water turned black. I called at 11 am and they were able to get someone over by 1pm. Jake came to check it out. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. The pressure tank is bad and he recommended a better system for the water softener. He let me know that our chemical tank system was still good and did not need to be replaced. He gave me quotes and let me know that at the least the pressure tank should be replaced soon or the well pump could break which is a much bigger problem. Jake is a Master Plumber and he said if we decide to use them, he would be the installer. Integrity only has Master Plumbers and they do not have salesmen or use apprentices to do their work which is exactly how plumbing should be handled in your home. My father is a steamfitter who came by later and agreed with everything Integrity said. We have replaced the pump and are saving up to purchase the better softener since I have not been happy with our water since moving in 3 years ago. We will definitely be calling Integrity for any repairs, service or replacements in the future. Thanks so much for being so helpful!”

“Came here for a kissing ball event for Christmas and it was educational and I went home with a decoration that so far has lasted over a month! The ornament was made by going outside to snap off little branches of 200+ year old boxwood bushes, and then pinning them to a foam florist ball (included with the ticket price). Very pretty, and a lovely estate to visit!”
