  When I first started using this cleaners about 4-5 months ago it was the best cleaners I’d ever been to. The collars on my white dress shirts would come back whiter than when I first bought them. Exceptional!!!!
  
  Now??? The last 2 weeks about 4-5 dress shirts have come back like the collars were never pre-treated. Unacceptable
  
  I’m hoping the service returns to what I once loved. I’ve voiced my concern to the desk and they intent to figure out who’s dropping the ball.
  
  Hopefully this message finds its way to the decision makers.
  
  As you see below, they are very responsive. As such, my shirts are now back to being cleaned the way they were before. I appreciate the great customer service and I have adjusted my review accordingly.

  I’m really surprised by all of the negative reviews I’ve read. I’ve had no issues with my clothes here. I think they’re a little pricey but my clothes are clean and don’t smell sour like they do coming from Zips.
