We're in front of the registers and an employee pointed out to another employee that she had a customer. I'm not sure where, at any fast food place, that it's acceptable to turn around look at the customer and then turn back around and ignore them. So thanks to the guy who actually helped me and Rita needs a class in customer service because she fails. Miserably.”

Mistakes might happen in any kitchen but here, if an order gets mixed up it's handled quickly and professionaly; management is always making sure the customer is satisfied. I've been to this location about a dozen times over the last couple of years and have only had positive experiences. I've been in on busy weekend evenings, slow weekday nights, and in the morning; it's always good and I'll keep going back.”

When I moved to Maryland I was constantly disappointed in the Mexican food in this state, until I stumbled upon their food truck. I have followed this family around for 7 years now. Their food is amazing!!! The best tacos ever!!! It's not just the food either, they are such lovely people and always give great customer service. I will always be loyal to them because not only do they remember my name, but my weekly Friday taco order as well. I highly suggest this restaurant for anyone who has a love of Mexican food like me.”

We were a party of three and all of us have worked in the restaurant industry, so we know good service. Subs, loaded with meat, no skimping at all! The Cheese Steak is my favorite & recently got hooked on their Cheeseburger Subs! “MOD Pizza is a fun informal place to go with your family and friends. Customers there are of all ages. You get exactly what you want on your pizza (your able to watch every step As they make it in front of you.), then they put it in an authentic brick oven. They offer pizza, salads, fresh drinks, soda, milkshakes, and deserts. Personally, I think it is a little pricey but it is worth every penny.”

“Moments ago I received a mobile order and the customer service was threw the roof. I adore the mobile system, as I’ve used it many times. But tonight took me to a different place. I pulled up, punched in the number 2, waited no more than 2 minutes and a delightful young lady walked up to the car. She carefully handed me the food, and paused to give me the drink when I had both hands free. Upon giving me the drink she jumped back with a gasp. “Oh, allow me to replace that for you. “ she said pointing to my drink, which had a bit of soda on its lid. I assured her it was okay, but she asked again; at least just the lid? Just perfect, something you’d expect from the Ritz, above and beyond service. I hope this finds her, and I hope she follows her dreams and becomes very successful in life.”
