“Amazingly more than just a furniture store. We went in looking for a recliner for our disabled daughter who is receiving chemotherapy. We needed a chair that would be comfortable for her to relax in after treatments. We couldn't wait 6 to 8 weeks for delivery so our options were not as broad. After speaking with us, Mr. Steven Eutsler and the manager, Marilyn, worked hard to accommodate us and set us up with a floor model that was electric. A perfect fit four our daughter! We will return when we need more furniture. They were simply awesome! Their concern wasn't the amount and ease of the sale but helping us to provide comfort for our daughter. True humanity at work! I cannot express our gratitude. We left with more than just a recliner but a renewed faith that friends can be found anywhere. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“Read the tool reviews before buying! Buying sandpaper?? Think again. Buying the 12 dollar angle grinder with coupon that has 4.9 stars, go for it baby. When it breaks - throw it away and repeat. That's what horrible freight is all about. I do have several tools here that haven't quit after 10 or so years. It's really a gamble, but the reviews help distinguish the level of Chinese quality. Make sure you take a 20 percent coupon no matter what you are going for or when. They're always available online.”

“I first am grateful to the Pepboys Mechanic by the name of Skyler. Long hair soft spoken male who assisted me installing my battery today during his lunch break. To explain; I woke up this morning to find I could not start my Ford Transit Connect cargo van. So I jumped started it and zoomed to Pepboys. I went to service to buy a new battery and have them install it, which is a free service. Service agent at front desk informed me it would take 4 hours before they could get to it. I could not wait as I had to be in DC in 2 hours today for a contracted event. I bought the battery and went to install it myself. How hard could it be, right! When I found the old battery I about pooped a brick. It was tucked away under the dash. It was very difficult to reach. Skyler saw me and walked out with a 10mm socket in hand and assisted me. He taught me how to remove the airfilter unit to access battery for removal. Once the terminals were removed and the security bracket was removed the side wall could be moved out of the way to slide out battery. Damn you Ford! He did most of the work and got me on my way. He also inspected new battery and found it to be faulty as it was corroded around terminals and told me to exchange it before installing it. Again, thank you Skyler and Merry Christmas! You saved me contract today.”
