“Been staying at the Motel for a few months now. They hired a new employee who is a young kid! Every time I go in the office & ask for towels, he just gives me 1 towel which I'm gonna need wash clothes also then he tells me that's all he can give me. Then I go in there today & ask for toliet paper & he tells me there isn't any in the office to give me, to come back in the morning! For great customer service u never tell ur customers there isn't any toliet paper (which is the main thing these days) & he could of gone to the storage room to get some! He always cops an attitude with me when ever I ask for anything! All the other employees are so nice & kind to my husband and I, not the young boy!”

“We've stayed at La Quinta Inns before, but were truly surprised when we walked into this lobby and were greeted by the young lady who works at the front desk she was very helpful and friendly; she had a smile on her face the whole time and made sure we received all the information we needed. Simply a doll! Behind the desk is a wall painted like the Baltimore harbor absolutely beautiful. The room rate was as comfortable as the bed. Everything was so clean. Overall a Great stay. Only downfall was there was a fight on my floor but I called down to the front desk to report it and Mrs. Payton took matters into her own hands very professionally and problem was solved very quickly. The next morning the front desk girl I don’t know her name she did not tell us, was not very friendly. But Me and my significant other will defiantly be staying here again.”

“Shady location but u can run up a band quick. Just stay to yourself. Lots of police activity around and fiends so use caution. Rooms smelled like mildew even after two bottles of febreeze. Scented candles helped tho. But for the price and location I will repeat.”

“Used this for overnight parking during my last trip. It takes a little longer to get to airport than Speedy Park. The shuttle also took about twice as long to get to airport. It will not be my first choice but a good backup if the price is right. Lot is also very full, I saw cars parked outside of the parking areas. Depending on when you arrive you may have to park in a lot traffic area. I was lucky and found an actual parking spot. The hotel staff and drivers are very nice.”

“Very friendly staff. This is an older hotel that has been updated. I'd to are flying out of BWI, then this is a great budget hotel. This hotel offers an airport shuttle every 30 minutes round the clock. Long term parking is available for $5 per day. BWI looked parking is $8 per day. I will definitely be back to this hotel when I'm flying out of BWI.”

“I just returned by a business trip in the Baltimore area. I booked this hotel due to the distance from the airport. I highly recommend this Courtyard. The staff went above and beyond to make a boring business trip very enjoyable. Donna at the Bistro made my trip! She is extremely kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay again. The staff had a way of making an airport hotel feel cozy.”

“Great bang for you buck. Stayed the night 2018 NYE and enjoyed the party. I will say, this is one of the most diverse NYE parties I have been to in MD. The hotel accompanied with many other brands and performers had about 1200 guest for a Charm City NYE bash. The staff was friendly and very energetic. With so many people there was still little wait time for drinks or food. If you want a good NYE party with nice variety in music and drinks this is the safest and most diverse place to be!”

“Great place to sleep before your flight. Rooms are cheap and you can park your car in their parking lot. For 8 dollars per day. They have a shuttle that will take you and your bags to the airport and they will pick you when you get back and drop you off at your car.. all you have to do is call the shuttle and they tell you the door they will meet you at. The rooms are not that bad for the cheap price, they clean.”

“We've stayed there a few times now. Easy on/off the major roads. Centrally located to get to the airport, Baltimore or other areas we were visiting. Very well maintained! Our rooms were clean and in good shape! Everything worked and housekeeping kept up. The staff was very friendly all around from check-in to check-out! The one room we had was a suite. VERY large setup! The meals there were good, no complaints for all the times we ate there, mostly breakfasts. The pool is a little small, 6 people and it's packed. Small, but nice exercise room. Parking can get a little tight, but we've been okay there. There is also a Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans right there if you don't want to eat there.”

“I checked in at 12 a.m. with quick ease. $40 hold but returned right after check out. The hotel is fairly new. Still has that new smell inside but faint. The room is a nice size. The breakfast was pretty good for a 2 1/2 star. Opens from 6-9 but one day it was until 10 a.m. The pool was fairly small but the water was warm and room with the pool was hot which is good. The shower has good hot water that holds strong over a 25 minute run of the water. Big bonus! Shuttle bus arrive once an hour. Found a good deal on hotwire for $68 after taxes. Nice find! If I'm that area again I would check in again.”

“Beautifully artistic hotel! Staff members were friendly and welcoming. There is a nice bar with televisions playing sports and the bartender made an awesome Moscow mule! The room was artistic as well and a tad smaller than other hotels, but the large platform bed and setup made it feel as if I were in a guestroom opposed to a hotel. I loved the modern yet artsy feel throughout the hotel and room. Close to Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel and movie theater, so easy to grab a bite before your flight or ride home. Well done Aloft!”

“My experience has been wonderful. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Staff name Tyrone realize my 3yr old became sick. Tyrone personally drove to the cvs pharmacy and bought my son some medicine with his own money and refused any repayment. He followed up on his condition the following day volunteering. It was truly a great experience”
