“To the FANTASTIC AND HELPFUL.!! parking officer that helped me park and pay when I visited Annapolis. I did park in a wrong spot near the Docks in Annapolis. I could not find a place to park my rental car so I just parked my car to take a coupe of pictures on the Docks. When I came back to my car a Lady was writing on a Red note and was about to put it under my windscreen wiper. I asked her please if she could spare me because I had a rental car and was not able to find a place to park.. The beautiful and polite parking officer said ok...and she said that it was an awailable place to park where a car just drove out. She walked over to the place,and waited there untill I had parked. Then she helped me pay. What a fantastic and helpful lady. She was in her 20thies, Afro american, a solid woman with tatoos on her arms. I bought coca cola and water for her to tell her how I appreciated her help. I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN FIND HER AND TELL HER I WILL NEVER FORGET HER HELPFULNESS AND BEAUTIFUL PERSON.!!”

“We went into the store not expecting to buy anything until we saw the MOAB - the Mother of All (um)Brellas. Worked with Jake to purchase a 13-ft cantilever with rolling base that was on backorder until end of August/early September. Delivery crew showed up on time, with courteous and friendly attitudes, and put our cantilever together. They even gave us a full block of instruction on use with helpful tips. They were in and out in 20 minutes and, despite the heat, smiled the entire time. Refreshing customer service experience!”

“I was came here as it was recommended by a friend to try for muscle fatigue and soreness. First off I much say Ashley is full of knowledge and certainly helps fuel the excitement of the experience. She and Natalie were so wonderful explaining all the details, potential benefits, pricing and directions to me. I felt like they genuinely cared about how I was feeling and were excited for me to try this. It was freezing! Teeth chattering legs shaking freezing! But I can do anything for 3 minutes and when it was done I noticed Improvements in my leg and feet soreness I generally deal with daily. I felt more awake and like I could breathe more clearly. “Why are the surrounding communities so opposed to the proposed Swim Center in the Severn area? It seems like such a huge win for all the neighborhoods in that area--athletic fields, teaching drownproofing to our students, etc. I recently had the opportunity to drive to the Bell Branch Athletic Complex in Gambrills area. Wow, what a beautiful way to spend AA County taxpayers money. A playground for young children, a dog park, every type of outdoor athletic field. If you would like me to write a letter to the editor in favor of the Severn Swim Center, just let me know. What would be far better would be a resident in that area to write his/her letter in favor of the complex moving forward. Dept. of Rec. & Parks, you do an awesome job at keeping our youth busy and active in very positive ways!”

“I can’t say enough good things about AHS. I started seeing them in 2019 when I got my puppy, and also had a 9 year old dog at the time. The following year my older dog, who they had only seen once or twice, was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Dr S was so kind and helpful, prescribing him multiple meds to keep him comfy after receiving his ER report, and even sent me a handwritten card after his passing. Dr Reed spayed my puppy and did an amazing job. His bedside manner is so comforting. He also fit me in at the last minute to put down my sick, elderly hedgehog, even though they don’t typically see exotics. Dr Chaney is so kind and outgoing and my Reef LOVES her. She’s the only dog I know that’s excited for a checkup, and it’s because of everyone at AHS! All of the techs and receptionists are wonderful, and their prices are very fair compared to most other places in the area. Thanks for everything you guys do!”

“I have gone to Dr Sayan for an initial consult as well as two surgical procedures now. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Sayan and his team. His front office (Cris) was great about getting me scheduled quickly as my needs were pretty urgent and the Riva Road Surgical Center exceeded all expectations. In fact, I preferred my experiences there over going to the hospital. All the nurses were kind caring and supportive. The intake staff had me laughing despite my anxiety over my first surgical experience. As for Dr. Sayan, he was very understanding, clear in his communication, and did a great job with both procedures. I had just received some of the toughest medical news in my life, but despite that news, Dr Sayan had me laughing and feeling positive about my prognosis. I sincerely appreciate my experiences under Dr Sayan’s care and would recommend him to anyone needing a good surgeon.”
