Ray, the Technician came out and was immediately professional and courteous. Removing his shoes at the door he went to work and was able to repair both issues in no time, even performing additional testing steps to ensure the fix in both areas. “**Updated** The more we eat here he better it gets! We absolutely feel the Thai food is great for this area. The only downside we see is that the time for food can sometimes take a little longer BUT that’s because they have quite a bit of customers and orders. I would already recommend getting another chef to help out in the kitchen. however, it is well worth the wait time. **Old** I like eating Thai food. This is a very reasonable Thai restaurant. I have tried many dishes so far and they were all great. This is will a normal spot for me for casual Thai dining. I do wish they have some other Thai appetizers though.”

“I cannot believe anyone could say they had poor customer service. We are a large Fire Dept. and have been doing business with Collinson for over 15 years. I have purchased coins, discs, key fobs and insignia multiple times and been extremely pleased with everything. Because of the production quality, we are working on having Collinson make the uniform buckles for the entire dept. “My experience is similar to the Gentleman who posted before me. My Dyson Bull 25 (A.k.a.: The Animal) was at least 15 years old and did not seem to be running right. After a minor adjustment for which I was not charged, I also received a free education in how to take care of my vacuum cleaner. The charge I received for a part I knew to be faulty was very reasonable. That (free) adjustment I received would have otherwise been a part of a full check-up. And much as I would have taken it if offered, his reply was that there was nothing wrong with my vacuum at this time, use it for awhile and bring it back if I felt I still wanted to have it. The charge I was quoted for the checkup, I also found reasonable. What I really appreciated was his honesty in telling me I did not need it at this time.”

“Shaina is the only health care provider I've ever been to who refused to give up and considered every angle to make me better. After several visits with her, she had me see other therapists to consider alternative approaches and teach me new exercises that can help. Both Sara and Grace at Breakaway were very helpful and professional too, and I appreciated all of the help that I could get. I really appreciated that Shaina took the time to be at my discharge appointment even though Grace was discharging me that day. It showed how much she cared to take the time to be there for my last session. Last but not least, the Breakaway staff is a very positive, welcoming team which is anchored by front desk staff who are much appreciated for their kind hellos and goodbyes.”
