“Someone hit my car. I noticed the dent a month ago and I was upset. I called my insurance company and the recommended some body shops in my area. I visited one and the man said it would take a week to repair. I asked him if someone could drive me to a car rental place and he said, “I heard Uber can do that.” So I thought well this sucks! Then a friend of mine suggested I get a second opinion. I went to Subway Auto Body. Randy Tracey greeted me with a handshake and reviewed my car. He quoted me three business days and there is an Enterprise car rental inside their building. Everything ran smoothly and the BEST part was they vacuumed and dusted my car. I’m a mom with a 5 yr old and 3 yr old… this was AWESOME! I recommend this company for their professionalism and the extra value they added to my experience.”

“I sent my daughter in with my car on Friday for an oil change and was quoted a price and the guy said he'd take $15 off. When I got the receipt I realized that the price quoted wasn't what I was charged. I called corporate and the owner or manager called me back right away and offered me a refund. I told him she would be back in on Monday for another service so he could just take it off of that instead. He gave me a discount for higher than the original discount they offered PLUS free car wash coupons. They also replaced my tail light for free! They made my daughter feel comfortable and informed her of everything they were doing. GREAT customer service!!! This was our 3rd great experience with them. I highly recommend them.”

“I had an amazing experience at this Mr. Tire. I went in about 4:40 when they were closing at 5P. Nate said he'd take a look at my flat tire and if they could repair it, they would do it before closing. It was repairable and in 20 minutes/$40 I was back on the road thus saving me from leaving the car overnight and finding a ride to work in the morning. They were super nice and efficient. Highly recommend and I plan to go back. Nate - you are awesome!”
