Repke Fitness has a good atmosphere and the semi-private training sessions allow every workout to be tailored to your specific goals. Although the sessions are semi-private I am usually still working one-on-one with the trainers the entire time I am there. The trainers are also very flexible so even when I needed to change the times of my workouts due to work, I was still able to come in twice a week.”
