“I had a bit of a dental emergency on a Friday evening after 5 pm, called my dentist but the receptionist was NOT helpful and basically told me they could do nothing until after January 1st. Called around to about 4 dentists offices with no luck until Kimberly at Apple Dental answered the phone, after hours, and was so polite, helpful and sympathetic she told me to come right in on Saturday morning. On Saturday at the office the whole staff was professional and friendly. Super happy with the service I received. I will be moving my whole family to Apple Dental in the new year.”

“Outstanding luxury apartments with an even better set of staff! I've been living at the Residences since Nov 2017, and have spoken to all staff (who have been extremely polite and helpful). I have specifically spoken to Elliot (front desk concierge), Chanez (concierge supervisor), and John (property manager). My experiences surrounding these 3 have been nothing less than exceptional! My favorite thing about these apartments is how homey they feel. You get the community feeling, but you will never ever hear your neighbors! (I have not heard my neighbor's at all, and now I know what sound-proof walls truly means!). The Residences had a holiday party for everyone, and gave away some awesome prizes (I didn't win the drawing, but hopefully next year!). The party was catered with delicious food and free drinks. I have already used the common area pool tables 3 times, and I cannot wait to go swimming in the summer! I hear that we can use the indoor pool at 'The Hotel' too, so I may check that out. The gym is great and they even have a yoga/dance studio. The price tag is well worth every penny for me. Oh yeah... Utilities included, parking included, convenient location to anything/anywhere you could possibly want to shop, everything all together in the price. It's the little things like this, that make life easier! I told myself that I would never live in another apartment (after my last experience with a different company), but honestly I could see myself living at The Residences for a very LONG TIME! Whether you're renting for work, or school, or to raise a family, this place seems perfect in every way. P.s- to my coffee lovers, they have free coffee, espressos, cappuccinos, tea, and hot chocolate daily! Saves me an extra $7/day in coffee expenses alone (I have a taste for the finer/stronger brews). :) Best of luck to you in your apt search!”
