I was searching for used car after I was in an accident and I went to over six different dealerships and couldn't find a decent car for under $10,000. Then I call the OneCar Group And they were so courteous on the phone saying that their business model is wholesale to the public that they offer pricing that is all cash and carry and had over 50 cars and with average price that were all less then around $4000. The same car of the other stores was almost $11000 thousand dollars!! “I was so impressed with the service at body works. There are a lot of shops who can fix a dent or paint your car but the level of communication and customer service here was really world class. Even while there wasn't a real update and they were waiting on some parts to come in to fix my Lexus I still got a call every couple of days giving me a status. I never really had to chase them to get information and that's pretty uncommon. After I picked up my car I found a small issue and went back by the shop. They immediately made a plan with me to take care of it at my convenience. No questions asked. Another example of a customer-centric attitude that I really appreciate. This is a great shop and they have earned a loyal customer in me.”

I call Austin and informed him that I’ll need a tow to his shop. His reply was save your money and he’ll bring the shop to me😁. They showed up as scheduled. Not a minute behind. Soon after bam💥 the truck was running. I was very happy so far. Then came the time to pay the bill. Because they were able to repair a few parts instead of buying everything new I was charged well under the quoted price. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. “I worked with the Tire Center for several days in early October 2020 and I appreciated how helpful and kind every employee was. I had a fairly new tire that got a flat unexpectedly and I was uneducated about many factors regarding getting a new tire. I thought I knew what I was talking about, but the technicians at Sam's Club were honest with me and helped steer me in the right direction of making sure I got the best and safest tire to replace my old one. They did not push products or services I didn't need. They spoke to me in ways I could understand and though service was at times slow, I would rather wait patiently for quality service that have someone perform a quick job that won't ensure my safety. The Tire Center was overwhelmed with customers each time I came in but I was always treated with great service when I came in and I got a new tire for a great price. My only criticism is that my spare tire was put into the hatchback of my car after it was replaced with my new tire, rather than put back into its storage area in my car. This is a minor criticism of course so I am still standing by my five star review. If you are looking for a lightning fast help you might not find it here but it was more worthwhile to me to set aside time in my day for great service than to rush the services somewhere else that would overcharge me! Thank you all the technicians that helped me, I greatly appreciated your expertise and hard work.”
