“We were experiencing an issue with our A/C at our business. I called several company's and Universal was the only to answer the phone. Others eventually called back but several hours later. Universal told me they could have someone out the same day and gave me a time slot. The Technician arrived early and within a few hours determined the problem and ordered the parts. The next day I received a call the parts came in and they were coming right out to replace. The technician also provided advice on a few things to make sure the unit was operating optimally. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I will call them again if we ever experience other issues with our system. They've done light electrical work, mounted TVs, put in towel bars and bathroom fixtures, taken care of sump pump and outside drainage issues, removed and installed sliding glass doors, and everything in between including landscaping work. His company built a 2nd story addition on to my cousin's house and is getting ready to replace my front porch with a better one with a swing.
