“I was lucky enough to pick Arctic out of a sea of choices. We had been without heat for several days after BGE and my warranted service could not figure out my electrical problem. Go figure. Kameron was my service tech with Arctic and took care of the install of breaker and wiring to our heater that got us back up and running again. He was pleasant with my wife when I could not be there and explained every step he was doing, easy to understand. Electricians are never a cheap way to go, but when your dealing with your breaker panel and wires inside your walls, it's a no brained for me. Arctic and Kameron took care of our issues in 2 visits but about as painless as possible given the failed attempts of 2 prior services, 1 listed above. I highly recommend Arctic.”
