“Why are the surrounding communities so opposed to the proposed Swim Center in the Severn area? It seems like such a huge win for all the neighborhoods in that area--athletic fields, teaching drownproofing to our students, etc. I recently had the opportunity to drive to the Bell Branch Athletic Complex in Gambrills area. Wow, what a beautiful way to spend AA County taxpayers money. A playground for young children, a dog park, every type of outdoor athletic field. If you would like me to write a letter to the editor in favor of the Severn Swim Center, just let me know. What would be far better would be a resident in that area to write his/her letter in favor of the complex moving forward. Dept. of Rec. & Parks, you do an awesome job at keeping our youth busy and active in very positive ways!”

Rarely is there a choice in the matter.... you depart or arrive at the one closest to where you need to be. BWI happens to be the closest one to home. It is a nice airport that is generally well apportioned and easy to get in and out of. I do not complain at all that BWI is my local airport. “My daughter has attended the Russet KinderCare Center for almost 4 years now and has done very well. We are now in our 4th classroom and on our 4th teacher and I can honestly say that all of the classroom teachers we have experienced have been top notch; and have worked well with my daughter while communicating regularly with me. Her current teacher, Ms. Billie, is phenomenal!! She takes extra time to work with my daughter on curriculum-based activities and even checks in on her when she’s sick. Making the decision to place my child at this center has proven to be a rewarding one. My daughter loves her teacher and classmates and enjoys going to school each day. “Great cleaning service, best in town always provides the most professional work in Hanover. Not many people know but Lisa is also a talented seamstress and can even make clothing I've had her make multiple wedding dresses for friends of mine as well as last minute alterations. Her prices maybe a bit higher then others in the neighborhood but you get what you pay for with this definitely, high quality organic cleaning with all the bells and whistles. My dress shirts always come back looking brand new with a collar guard and neatly folded arm sleeves. I appreciate this because other stores are not consistent with this or don't do it at all! Makes a world of difference to me. Take my word when i say her skills with cleaning and clothing is limitless. I still travel there to get one of a kind service and to keep in touch which is worth the travel for me from VA. This should speak volumes of what kind of person she is. Theres never been a time as well within reason if i had an issue with the quality of my clothing that she didn't take care of me either! Which i know she does as well for all other respectful and reasonable customers. Great place!!!”
