“I heard good things about these guys, so I brought them a small job to replace a bad oxygen sensor on my Toyota. I needed the replacement to pass the state inspection. He charge me a fair price (way less than the Toyota dealer wanted). I made an appointment and he did it on the spot. It was not a big job, but he did it well and overall was a very good experience.”

“Brenda was so kind to me. She made small talk and was very cordial with the customers in front of me. I observed her offering a patron in front of me a bag for his food before he exited the store and the exchange was very respectful. When it was my turn in line, Brenda offered me a free cup of ice to go with my beverage since it was so hot out. I have never received this level of customer service at a gas station, or other Royal Farms, as I had today. I will now frequent this location on my regular commutes and will be happy to become a regular customer.”

The staff was very attentive and the food was ready within 10 minutes of ordering and was hot as we could actually see it being prepared in the open kitchen area. The coffee was repeatedly filled without a request and the payment process was amazingly easy as they took cash, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and had the ability to scan a barcode on your phone and pay directly from your phone if you do not have other forms of e-payment. There was ample parking and it was very clean and close to a large shopping center.”

The chef was quick witted, smooth on the grill and very playful. We got a shrimp toss and sake fountain at the end too! The tuna appetizer and sushi came timely and was artfully plated. “7/6/2022 We were in a rush so we didn't get to fully enjoy our time but our server was super friendly and the food was pretty good, we really liked the calamari. I had the crab Mac and cheese hot dog, it was different but my wife enjoyed the crab Mac and cheese on it's own. There was a single protestor outside claiming the organization supports right wing positions. I could not find anything online to support this protestors claims but if you are passionate about such things, you should do some research. We are not from the area so we don't see such news. On my Middle Class Monotony (MCM) scale (0-5 where 0 is NOT cheap or monotonous and 5 being very cheap and monotonous): It was easy to get in, but it was a weekday at 11:00 am. The prices weren't crazy but not cheap either, so I'm going with an MCM of 3-4.”

There was a bit of a wait for food but our waitress & the food was wonderful so no complaints. Junk box, pool tables, an arcade game & tvs around made this a sweet place for all ages. Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the chairs! Our bums weren't happy sitting on such hardwood & waiting for our food. So I'd recommend cushions or different chairs that are more comfortable for the time period of sitting & waiting to truly enjoy the tasty food at Hellas. See pics shared”
