It is basic laundry, nothing special required and so far I have been pleased with how everything has been washed and folded. The bags are provided by the company, they are sturdy and protect from the elements while waiting for pick up or when delivered. Clean clothes are also wrapped in a plastic bag, which prevented them from getting soaked on a recent rainy day. We had one issue with a bag not being returned on drop off day. An email to Charmane produced a quick follow up with a satisfactory result. I feel very confident in how responsive and professional Charmane and the company conduct business. I plan to continue using them and would recommend.”

The next day I received a call the parts came in and they were coming right out to replace. The technician also provided advice on a few things to make sure the unit was operating optimally. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I will call them again if we ever experience other issues with our system.
