“Experience was much better the another national brand. We never felt pressured to buy or threatened that our hearing would fail without their product. It takes a lot of time for a hearing test and the dr was very thoral. Their equipment was new and my grandmother was able to understand the lady's instruction. Come to think of it, the room was a sound room, not telephone booth! There was a sense of being understaffed but the service was still good. There cost truly is 2-4 thousand less then others.”

“I absolutely love the level of service I've received here. The staff, vet techs, and vets are extremely kind, understanding, and always have your animal's best interest at heart. Even more, unlike several other vets we have visited they are clearly not trying to upcharge us on everything and clearly explained everything about each prescription and treatment. Just today they let my dog in for a last minute appointment after she was bitten at the dog park. I cannot say thank you enough for fitting us in and treating my dog so well.”

“Update: After the first experience I had there I was disappointed, but the very next day the manager Rick called me and he was great. He was extremely helpful and rectified the situation. I was able to get my tires and wheel alignment for a great price. I take back everything I said on the last review. “We would like to thank Steve Harrell for his help with our car. Steve is honest and he can be trusted. We have worked with Steve for more than 10 years. He has done service work on our cars and my mother-in-laws car. We followed Steve from another Ford dealership in the Woodlawn area of Maryland. When Steve moved to Al Packer my wife and I agreed following Steve was the best thing to do. Al Packer is about 30 miles from where we live vs six miles to the other dealership. When you find an honest service writer at a dealership what else could you ask for? If you own a Ford product and need service work and don't go see Steve at Al Packer you are putting yourself at risk for being taken advantage of. The other service writers and the team that greets you as you arrive have always been polite and friendly also. On a past visit I enjoyed talking to to guy that was in the Air Force. A man or woman that puts on one of the five uniforms of freedom is honorable.”
