I moved here 4 years ago when the need arose for me to downsize. I needed a place that provided easy accessibility and maintenance. I am very pleased that I found Rochester Village. It is close to any type of business that you could possibly want or need. I like that there is a parking garage for each building, keeping you & your vehicle safe. Any maintenance issues are always addressed and Chad makes sure that this is done in a timely manner. Even if you only need a light bulb changed! I am pleased with my choice to come to this community.

Very nice and safe place. I like the basement/cellar garage parking, which is included in the rent. I lived there for 3 years and it was great. The maintenance guys are super friendly and responsive. Chad is the maintenance supervisor when I was living there and he is a such a great guy. They are always watching for the residents. When it snows they don't wait for the snow to stop to clear the snow on the pavements. They clean the pavements/footpaths all throughout until it stops snowing so that it is safe for the residents.

I lived here for over 2 years until I bought a house. The apartment was nice and clean, and the community center was good to have, especially the pool. Melissa in the office was always pleasant to work with. Any time I needed anything fixed, it was handled right away. Chad in maintenance was always so friendly. He was so knowledgeable about how to fix things, and would make sure the job got done right.

I have lived here for almost five years and first of all Chad our maintenance man is one of the best around he can fix almost anything, and he is reliable, trustworthy and great at what he does. Secondly, our property manager Will is great and is always willing to listen and try to help in any way he can. Lastly, all of the office staff are friendly, helpful and great to deal will. I love my apartment, the neighborhood and the people who live here are wonderful. The only thing I don't like about this place is the way Morgan Properties handles the rent increases based on the market. It's very hard to budget when you have no idea what your next year's rent is going to be increased too. I hope to be able to live here for as long as I can, but the rent increases are getting too much for my budget.

I have lived here for almost one year and I am so happy we made the choice to move here. The location is fantastic, you are a very short drive to almost every store you could need. My favorite part is the miles of sidewalks and just a short walk to the clubhouse and Graham Park! I love that there is a gym in the clubhouse within walking distance. We had tried planet fitness and realized the equipment I use is the same as the apartments but closer proximity and more private. Anytime I have had an issue with my apartment, the maintenance staff Chad and Zach have done a wonderful job to help ensure the problem was solved. I know other comments previously talked about the property being dirty but in my experience there is a cleaning crew that takes care of the hallways, and I see the maintenance staff clean out the dog stations frequently. Every time we have guests over they are very impressed by the property and our apartment. I would recommend Rochester Village apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful apartment, neighborhood, and great staff to help you whenever you need it.

Dr. Ebright, is a very personable, caring and knowledgeable doctor who always takes his time with my family. I saw that some people complained but I have found his staff to be friendly and professional and have not had any problems with accessibility and follow up. Highly recommend this practice.
