“Bought a new 2019 Ram crew cab last night and the sales experience was awesome!!! Price was AMAZING!!! Seriously the best deal in town. Dealership needs some updating to be brought into this century but the staff were where it’s at. I was in there about two hours from start to finish and they really did get me the best deal possible. In fact they got me a monthly payment lower than where I was asking to be! If I’m ever in the market again for another Jeep or Ram I will surely visit them again. “This Collision Center is excellent they don't try to rob you, they took the estimate I got from State Farm, and didn't charge a penny more than the estimate stated great. After your repairs are done they do a walk-thru to make sure your satisfied. The manager gave excellent customer service, convenient location and entrance. You also receive texts and email alerts about the status of your vehicle.”

“Just bought a 2015 CPO Mazda CX5 from out of state to bring back to NY. Firstly Eddie was very fast at reaching out and then after working out a price he helped me surprise my wife with this purchase. We spoke for a week, via text and email finalizing all details. When I flew in, they gladly picked me up from the airport, drove me in and wowed me with the CX5. They even updated my maps before I left the dealership as they knew I would be driving more than 5.5 hours home. After signing all the paperwork Eddie was able to help me keep the surprise going and letting my wife know that unfortunately the vehicle had been sold, (little did she know I bought it). He played it off perfect and when I arrived home later that night she was over the moon. Other dealers sold the vehicles under my nose after working out agreements and Heritage Mazda stayed true to their word. Sam sends me timely updates with my vehicle’s status and provides an estimated completion time with every visit. I never have to worry about transportation. Whether it’s a shuttle or a loaner car Sam makes sure I get to and from the dealership in a timely fashion. I didn’t purchase this car at this location like I did the two vehicles prior to this one but I’ll certainly be purchasing my next VW here because I know Sam will always take good care of me.”

He treated me with high respect as we worked through the purchasing process. Always smiling and laughing and tried his best to put me into a car of my liking and not just any car like other dealerships.
