“Pros 1. Low cost 2. Great location to stop by. 3. Close to yummy restaurant around. 4. Close to shopping center 5. Room is clean, quiet, and sleep well. Cons 1. In My room at that time, May 2, 2022, room 223, the bowls were clogged, and I could not flush; I had to ask the super to get the plunger to solve the problem. Room service should check it every time guests check out to be clean before another guest check-in. Need improve! 2. Super, the receptionist guy, is not friendly, and his face never smiles. He might be the manager or owner who are not want to work there. Need improvement!”
