He will ensure that you’ve gotten your money’s worth through a killer workout and very strong technical Muay Thai skills. The gym is equipped with all kinds of fighting gear and boxing bags you need to bring out the fighter in you!
(January 9, 2020, 3:04 pm)I highly recommended checking this place out if you want to get a stellar workout and learn muay thai in a fun and safe environment. Starting a boxing class can be an intimidating thought, but the classes here never left me intimidated or anxious. The coach Mike and all the members are especially inviting and friendly too!
(November 4, 2019, 9:01 pm)Can’t say enough good things about this place and the owner and coach, Mike. I’ve trained a lot of different disciplines, boxing, jiu jitsu, Muay Thai etc and I’ve been to more than a few gyms in this area and this is my favorite by far. Whether you just want a crazy workout or to learn technique, or both, Mike really takes him time with each and every member.
(October 10, 2019, 4:51 pm)I am only one week into FightCamp, but can't say enough about Mike and the way he runs this operation. I am the oldest one in the room by more than a few years. I've never done anything like this before. Mike pushes hard but really makes it fun. I leave smiling, even though I'm sore and exhausted. And I can't wait to go back. I recommend for anyone who wants a great conditioning workout and the opportunity to learn from an expert about Muay Thai Boxing.
