(January 25, 2017, 8:23 pm)I travel all over the country for work and in my travels have the pleasure of visiting many different CF gyms. There are none quite like Outsiders. Maybe it's because it's an impeccable facility, maybe it's the amazing community of friends, maybe it's because it feels like home. Stan and Jess have created something special nestled in Northern Baltimore County. I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit for a workout or joining this gym and getting into the best shape of your life.

(February 8, 2013, 4:57 pm)I am 63 years old and I don't want to grow old gracefully, I want to grow old healthy and fit! I want to be able to keep up with and have fun with my grandchildren. I am working out with 30 and 40 year olds and I can't hold a candle to them, but it feels awesome working out next to them. They are so encouraging and supportive. Stan is a fantastic coach and gives me the personal attention I need to scale the workouts for me, so that I can feel successful. I am much stronger and more muscle toned than I was just one month ago when I started. The results are amazing. I am learning so much, having lots of fun and I love that every workout is so different than the one before.

The facilities are impeccable; they even have a place for your kids to hang. The community is one of a kind. They are so encouraging and supportive; you will make and surpass goals with their knowledgeable help.
