“Last friday I called in and asked to reserve a truck, they guy, John, that attended me was nice enough but didn't give me a good deal and gave me bad information regarding the return. I got charged and arm and a leg! I called in to complain and talked to Joe. He was very calm and understanding, no need to escalate or anything. I took the information moved things around and gave me a satisfactory refund in just a few minutes! This is what I call customer service. I'll call them the next time I need a truck!!!”

“I was very surprised that my glasses were so expensive. If you don’t need single vision lens it becomes a entirely different experience. The employees were very courteous but if you go in thinking you are going to pay that two pair for the price you pay you’ll be very surprised. Not sure why they don’t have the same type of deal for people who wear bifocals. I’ve seen that offered with some of the other places I think I’ll check. I think my glasses were pretty expensive. The rating is for the courteous service.”
