“Due to moving around a fair bit in the last few years, I've been to many different gyms. Body Force Fitness is easily my favorite--the equipment is well cared for, the facility is clean and spacious, the staff are all ridiculously friendly and helpful, and having 24/7 access is very convenient. If anyone is looking for a gym in the area, I fully recommend this one. You can either join the many group/classes that go on, or just put in your headphones and go do your own thing.”

I have attended other yoga classes in the past 20 years, and Lil's studio provides a perfect atmosphere. Every week she does something different, so it is never boring. Since she does a therapeutic yoga, I have personally gotten much needed relief from a chronic pain in my hip and lumbar area. Lil also does something very unique by occasionally offering a gong bath. If you are able to attend one you will experience feeling calm and less stressed. I highly recommend Lil Lack Yoga for anyone, whether you are a beginner or you are experienced.”
