“Due to moving around a fair bit in the last few years, I've been to many different gyms. Body Force Fitness is easily my favorite--the equipment is well cared for, the facility is clean and spacious, the staff are all ridiculously friendly and helpful, and having 24/7 access is very convenient. If anyone is looking for a gym in the area, I fully recommend this one. You can either join the many group/classes that go on, or just put in your headphones and go do your own thing.”

“Heron creek is a caring and loving facility, that has recently changed management, who is implementing new policies in compliance and guidance with state regulations. Customize diet for each residence in comformity with residence diagnosis. New changes has lead to bad med. Tech's and aids replaced to bring quality care to residence. Activities and physical therapist is the new addition to the change, while management is working hard to implement other changes the entire facility is being considered for a general upgrade, ie changing old flooring and painting. The new management is made up of nurses with many years of experience, nurse practitioner who manages private independent practice and an out patient practice at Haford memorial hospital.
