My husband and I have been going to this location for years, only to find out one of my wedding rings was not in the system as EVER being inspected. This was very unsettling to me as I was told all of my jewelry went through inspection every six months. It took some real digging and investigating, but thanks to Ms. Donza Spencer, the store manager, my issue was resolved. Thank you again Donza for the outstanding customer service you gave me today!

AMAZING last minute service Chong K!!!! I went in to get my ring resize and walked out a NEIL LANE /LEO DIAMOND 💎 LOVER(OWNER) She was very patient helpful and excited my husband was not having it but in the end it worked out. Not to mention my first experience was terrible but Chong K. I will always be my DIAMOND 💎 LADY!!!! If you go there please in fact ask for her she’s very knowledgeable, patient!

I had my ring cleaned and checked to honor my warranty but she didn't print it on the sheet or give me a copy of proof. Maybe things changed. She said I didn't need it but I've been getting it for years. Other than that they were pleasant and had hand sanitizer available
