“I like eating here, the food is good and for a fair price. Staff is polite and friendly. Place is clean for the most part, but every time I come here there is absolutely no napkins, straws or cup lids. They need to keep an eye on that and keep it stacked up. I saw some employees behind the counter just standing around (it was kind of slow at the time) I told them about it and yeah they gave me what I needed but none of them came out to stack the counter.”

“Waldorf is not a great store—it’s small and understaffed, but the staff I’ve dealt with have been wonderful, especially Princess. She was very polite and understanding with three customer groups at 5 minutes to closing (anyone checking the Google listing for hours should know they close at 9, not 9:30) and tried to help everyone. There should be two people on staff at closing—we all could have been assisted and on our way much faster if there were two staff members.”
