Knowledgeable and very friendly. I actually missed my scheduled appointment due to me putting it in my calendar wrong. They did their best and found a spot to get me in. Great folks!!!
I am one happy customer. My supplies came very quickly and the order contained all of the correct parts. The intake department were very responsive and provided clear directions for documents needed. They were very helpful assisting me with the correct supplies for my machine. Thank you BP Gamma for my supplies.
The whole experience with this firm has been very customer oriented. Janetta helped me through the entire process with reviewing the cpap Equipment and proper mask fitting. Even with Equipment issues.

I had the best experience ever with Erin at BP Gamma Medical Supply! She certainly has been trained in customer service! I was in need of replacing most of my supplies for my sleep apnea machine, and had been working with another company. After 3 months or more, I get a call from the other company that they just realized I'm on Medicare, and cannot service me as they do not have a contract with Medicare! Amazing, when every time I call them, the first thing they ask for is my DOB, which clearly indicates I am 65 and on Medicare! So, months were wasted! The only good thing the other company did for me was have BP Gamma contact me! Erin got all of the information she needed, and lo and behold, my supplies were delivered Saturday, 9/29, in less than a week's time! Most if not all of the supplies are covered by Medicare! Thanks, Erin, for making me feel like a very important customer, taking such good care of me, and going above and beyond the call of duty! You are the best!

Janita was wonderful. We were a bit early, and she was even able to see us before our 1:00 appointment time. She was thorough in her explanations but also kept things simple enough that we were not overwhelmed.
