“I hired JT Custom Builders to construct an 1100sq ft garage and the result exceeded my expectations. Throughout the design process, Jimmy collaborated with me to identify options and educated me on various recommendations to ensure the garage would meet my goals. A highlight here was how we were able to work within the county guidelines and find a solution based on property setback requirements and square footage allotment. Once we entered the build phase, Mike served as the PM and was always on time and ready to ensure the project moved forward. He was critical in finding a qualified subcontractor to meet a requested change order I made with the addition of a metal ceiling instead of drywall.
