When I called to arrange an inspection of my issue, I was met with friendly and professional staff over the phone. Charlie put my car on the lift and inspected it for free. Showed me the problem, and offered a timely and inexpensive solution. When he returned the keys to me, Charlie also informed me of another issue, but did not try to up-sell me on it. He asked if I was capable of doing it myself, which I am, and said I should perform the repair in the near future. This shop will receive my business from now on.
