“I came here to get my third lobes pierced and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my ears pierced. The area was very clean and neat and the piercer took you step by step through the process. He also showed the sterilization of the equipment and had a wonderful display case of all the jewelry you can choose from. My piercings themselves also look great and are healing nicely. Overall this experience was phenomenal and I would recommend this place for anyone.”

When I called to arrange an inspection of my issue, I was met with friendly and professional staff over the phone. Charlie put my car on the lift and inspected it for free. Showed me the problem, and offered a timely and inexpensive solution. When he returned the keys to me, Charlie also informed me of another issue, but did not try to up-sell me on it. He asked if I was capable of doing it myself, which I am, and said I should perform the repair in the near future. This shop will receive my business from now on. My only gripe is that there is an employee at this location that always seems to end up making my smoothies, and this young man is slower than molasses on a cold day. Its quite apparent he is in no rush to impress anyone or do his job with pride. Don't know his name and wouldn't put him on blast on this anyway but the manager here might want to keep an eye on their food staff and pick out the bad apples.”
