The facility is clean and up to date with proper equipment cleaning protocol. The staff is very welcoming, always greeting each member when possible. Very quick to respond to emails and way to talk to about problems that may arise. It has been and is a pleasant experience during my weight loss and getting fit journey. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a friendly, clean place to work out.”

“I have been coming here since March and I love it! The class combines kickboxing moves with push ups, jump squats, burpees, etc. It is definitely a great work out and can be challenging but the instructors make it so much fun. The instructors are always so welcoming and motivating. You feel very accomplished after every class. I also like that there are a variety of skill levels in all the classes.”

“Very nice...the only thing is the schedule is weird and there is not much on the weekends class-wise or much to do with the kids. They offer a nice selection of classes but to be honest...for the price...every class should be free and accessible. What about the people who work and can only get there on weekends mostly? They need more kid-friendly activities and classes on the weekends...also...perhaps a 'Mommy and Me' class. It would be nice to be able to utilize the trampoline but it's always closed. The child classes are great and the facilities are clean and the staff is welcoming. All in all...it's great but could definitely cater to guests' needs a bit more.”

“I joined this gym about a week ago. Open 24 hours a day gor members with plenty of staff through out the day for one on one instruction. Plenty of up to date equipment which appears to be well maintained. Free weights and other "old fashioned " equipment as well. Friendly staff and well maintained building. They could use a few more lockers, but there are enough during the times I have been there.”
