“I wanted to send a personal note and acknowledge the excellent service that my dad and I received from Banky at the ATT store in Ellicott City, Md, this morning. My dad (who is 75) recently lost his cell phone and he is not the most tech savvy. I live in another state and was concerned that he would have a difficult time navigating the process of replacing his phone without me there. So, I called the store when you opened and Banky answered. I explained the situation and Banky said, send your dad in and when he gets here I will call you. He did just that and helped explain the best options to replace the phone, made sure we understood the details and were comfortable with the proposed plan. He went above and beyond by providing me with tips and expertise on the best way to ensure all data was transferred and how to avoid certain issues in the future. He sent me copies of the paperwork and even offered to FaceTime with me. He helped me fully set up and transfer contacts to my dads phone and get everything squared away (before my dad left the store) with family sharing so that my dad did not have to try to figure this out on his own. Excellent service is a differentiator and very rare these days. Banky is why we will not only do business with this ATT store again but will highly recommend him and this store to others. So, ask for Banky when you arrive. His outstanding service, kindness, customer friendly attitude and willingness to help will put your mind at ease.”

“Great little sandwich shop and deli on Rte 40 in Ellicott City. Plenty of parking. Easy to see from the road. Food is very good. The chicken parm sub is excellent. The hot corned beef is as good as can be given that it is not true kosher corned beef. Fries are good if a little soggy. Nice choice of beers and drinks. Service is excellent. Definitely recommend.”

“I have been trying to find a good substitute for a big pet store and I have definitely found the place. My dog deserves to eat a higher quality of food without paying a ridiculous price for it. The selection of dog food they had in here was extensive, to say the least. I didn't recognize any of the brands (a good thing, so no blue Buffalo or any of that nonsense) and the food looked to be high quality at a reasonable price. They also had a fun selection of of snacks where I picked up multiple dog treats. I will definitely be returning. The employee at the front was very friendly, and when I walked in, he asked if I needed help, and then left me to my own devices when I declined. I never felt pressured. Awesome experience, will return.”

“All Star Pest Management has proven to be the best of the best in pest control! We initially contacted them for ants and a rodent in our new home and they removed both promptly. Then today a huge black snake was in my driveway and thankfully they contacted a technician while I was on the line to come to our new home right away! He arrived, searched and the snake seemed hidden. He then sprayed a repellent and the snake cave out of hiding and he captured it in seconds. We are so grateful as we have children who play outside all the time. Other technicians would have left. Then while he was here he noticed a bee hive and started treating for all insects. We are so happy with the professional and prompt service. And the quarterly reminders before arriving to treat our home! ALL STAR IS THEE BEST PEST CONTROL COMPANY IN MARYLAND HANDS DOWN!!!!! I had to share! Ants and rodents were enough, new home or not. Yet the huge black snake really showed they are the best in timing to arrive & service!”

“Puppy training - Nate is great and very understanding if things come up or you are running late. Grooming - Valerie is amazing. She has her own standard poodle so she is very familiar with that breed (if you have a poodle definitely go to her!). She groomed our puppy for the first time and my puppy came out perfect and not fearful/scared at all. We will be coming here exclusively for grooming even though it is about 15 minutes further than our closest Petsmart. Store - they offer free samples on the first Saturday of every month (this information may be old --> please double check) and have some great/fun engaging events for your pup. Always very helpful and you can tell they care about animals and are very knowledgeable.”

“The price is right compared to stores closer to me. It is worth the drive to get what I want. I am usually able to get what I want there. There is a small free parking lot in the front of the store. It is easy to find. It is best to know what you want before you get to the counter. Take your time and browse around. Be careful as you move through the narrow aisles. Friendly staff. Several forms of payment are accepted. There are some snack foods to be purchased at the counter. There are Gas Stations nearby, shops, and food markets and hardware store.”
