I would have rated our dining experience five stars if it were not for an indifferent greeter. My advice to her is to be more tuned-in with the needs of guests. Why walk someone with recent knee surgery and using a walker halfway through the restaurant only to afterward seat able-bodied guests near the front of the restaurant? The booths involved were all the same size.”

I've complained to managers for a decade about this, and they just make excuses. They are stupid. There are ways to stop dirty flies from entering, but they can't figure that out. I don't think I am the only customer who doesn't like flies buzzing over their head and landing on their plate when they are trying to eat a meal. I have left Last Palapa 2 several times very angry and dissatisfied. Who likes houseflies? Do you?”
