“I wanted to send a personal note and acknowledge the excellent service that my dad and I received from Banky at the ATT store in Ellicott City, Md, this morning. My dad (who is 75) recently lost his cell phone and he is not the most tech savvy. I live in another state and was concerned that he would have a difficult time navigating the process of replacing his phone without me there. So, I called the store when you opened and Banky answered. I explained the situation and Banky said, send your dad in and when he gets here I will call you. He did just that and helped explain the best options to replace the phone, made sure we understood the details and were comfortable with the proposed plan. He went above and beyond by providing me with tips and expertise on the best way to ensure all data was transferred and how to avoid certain issues in the future. He sent me copies of the paperwork and even offered to FaceTime with me. He helped me fully set up and transfer contacts to my dads phone and get everything squared away (before my dad left the store) with family sharing so that my dad did not have to try to figure this out on his own. Excellent service is a differentiator and very rare these days. Banky is why we will not only do business with this ATT store again but will highly recommend him and this store to others. So, ask for Banky when you arrive. His outstanding service, kindness, customer friendly attitude and willingness to help will put your mind at ease.”

“I never thought that I’d ever say that had a phenomenal experience at the deli section of Weis, let alone any store, but here I am! The staff in general was very helpful and polite in making my experience quick and easy; however, Tara from the deli department was the one staff member in particular stuck out above everyone else. She made quick work of the the line in front of me while spreading positivity to everyone there with exceptional conversation skill. No task appeared to be too much for her to tackle. When it came my turn, she gave me nothing short of spectacular service in a timely manner. “I have been going to Paul Mitchell for about 2 years. I would HIGHLY recommend their services! The services I receive (usually color, highlights, cut, shampoo, and blow dry) are very affordable in comparison to other salons. I normally buy some of their product on every visit too (their shampoo/conditioner is truly the best). My total cost (including a generous 20% tip) is usually between $120-140. You cannot go anywhere else and get that type of great service for that price. I have always been happy with the students. I have never had a "bad" one. They don't allow it, as their line leaders always check throughout the process to make sure you are happy. If you are not, the line leaders fix it on the spot. The only downside is the amount of time you spend there. Since they are students, and have to have their work checked, you will spend between 3-5 hours if you are getting the same type of service I get. For the amount of money I save, the extra time I spend there is worth it. I usually schedule my appointments for a Saturday morning when I don't have any other commitments. That way I am not worried about being rushed for time. If you are looking for an affordable salon that offers excellent services, product, and customer service, then the Paul Mitchell School in Jessup should be your first choice! :)”
