Bend your knees. 2. DON'T BLOCK WITH YOUR FACE! 3. Best way to get out of that situation, DON'T GET IN THAT SITUATION. He turned a dad who was getting soft and out of shape into a lifetime martial artist. He won't give you a black belt. But the brown belt that he signs when you EARN his seal of approval will be one of your treasures. I consider it more precious than my original black belt or any of the four DANS I've tested for since. Your kids need the Mike Brown experience. And I cant recommend the adult class enough. My son and I tested for 3rd degree side by side. Something neither of us will forget.”

Office staff is super friendly and helpful as well, and In my search for a primary care giver I’ve never felt so listened to and interacted with a practitioner who genuinely wants to help me, takes their time and cares. I’m sure the other practitioners are wonderful as well. In addition, the portal is so useful in reaching out to your provider for medical questions any time with prompt responses. Great practice overall!”

“I love this Starbucks for its friendly staff. It can get crowded here, like most of the café's locations. The store is kept clean and my drinks are always made with care. The staff recognizes me from my frequent visits, so they always make sure my drink is just right. I'm a creature of habit, so I always order one of my three drinks depending on my mood. I like that they offer to steam the cream for me to put in my coffee. They're really great here. A lot of stores don't put so much thought into the drinks, and I can't blame them when it's crazy busy. The personal care is much appreciated here.”

“I remember when they first opened up. We frequented it for years until we moved a little too far away to go regularly. I went back just recently and was happy to find the quality was still really, really good. The atmosphere seems to have become slightly less fancy compared to when it opened, but the food hasn't changed. Friendly staff, dishes are priced fair for the Bethesda market.”
