“Wonderful garden with winding trails. Not all native plants. Historic settlement house. Beautiful river vista but, of course, many large homes shouldering the opposing banks. Activities for children but check website prior to visit to see if children's activities are going on.”

“I normally play basketball here so I can't speak for the rest of the park. The basketball area is great. It's clean and the hoops are well kept. There are lights that light up both full size basketball courts that stay on as long as you keep pushing the button every hour until 11pm when they shut off completely for the night. Overall a very nice place.”

“There are several playing fields at this park. I was interested in the walking trails. There was a long paved path that circled the two large playing fields and an unpaved trail that led to a field. Because there were no games today, I was able to walk my.dog in relative peace. There are some portable johns on the fields as well.”
