Autumn Lake Healthcare at Oak Manor

Upon my visit,the facility was clean,very organized,well disinfected and Odor free.
I am highly impressed with the way the house keeping staff's are round the clock at every minute making sure the whole hall ways and rooms are cleaned at all times.

From the first day until the end of my brief stay for PT on my lower back, Sharda (Director of Activities), Jacquelyn (Activities), Dr. Phyllis (PT), Saly (OT), Trisha (Director of Housekeeping), Issac (Nursing), Mrs. Austin (Nursing), Winnie (Nursing), Virginia (Nurses Assistant), Helen (Nurses Assistant) and the entire Kitchen Staff (in which I called very often due to my specific dietary preferences) ALL made an outstanding effort to make sure that my stay was the best experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you especially since I am in the process of relocating from Dallas, TX and I'm not too familiar with the area. Hopefully the employees named above will receive some type of recognition!!

An area of opportunity in which I told the Site Director, Mr. Tim Johnson, is to reconsider sourcing whatever "agency" is used. Unfortunately some of the staff sent from the "agency" did not have the level of patience, compassion or empathy as the permanent staff - no surprise.

The Nursing and rehab staff are very help full and friendly . They take very good care of the needs my friend is getting there. She loves the rehab facility . The nurses make sure she gets her meds and The front office personnel helped with taking care of the need for her extend time need before surgery.

Front desk worker along with the nurses were friendly. They went out of their way to help my Mother and my Mother's roomate. Hopefully they can improve on the heat of the food. They did warm it up after they were asked to
