“I get consistently great service from Jeff and his crew. One of the things I appreciate the most is that Jeff explains what's going on with the diagnostic process and will usually give me a variety of options to choose from - as an example, my A/C wasn't working so I brought it in. I suspected there was a leak and it was going to be costly but Jeff recharged the freon (it was almost non-existent) and said we'd go from there. A few months later - A/C wasn't working again so I brought it back. They couldn't find a leak but re-charged it again (no cost to me) and Jeff said we should take a "wait and see approach" (especially since we're entering winter and I wouldn't likely need my A/C). If after 6 months, they were constantly re-charging it and no visible leaks found, then we could consider a more costly repair to the condenser. He doesn't try to "up-sell" me on repairs or push me to make decisions without giving me all the info AND when I do need a repair, it's still reasonably priced. Great customer service, clear communication, reasonable rates - truly the best shop in town.”
