“Weight loss is hard. I've been on and off various programs for most of my adult life. What I've found to be differentiating and valuable about EMP 180 is this program combined with this staff. There is someone who is a subject matter specialist in anything you may need. Nutrition, Wellness, Fitness, Health, Food Science, etc. So you have the accountability of weighing in / meeting with someone each visit - but you don't run the risk of not having a good fit, right background for you. You get the benefit of the entire well trained team. The EMP 180 program has been the perfect balance of structure, accountability, support and flexibility for me. Also, a lot of the daily food is provided to you. However, the team at EMP 180 are constantly open to tweaking it to work for me/my life/my family/my challenges. That has been a big differentiator for me with sticking with the program (now for close to 6 months). I'm very glad I made that first call.”

“I get consistently great service from Jeff and his crew. One of the things I appreciate the most is that Jeff explains what's going on with the diagnostic process and will usually give me a variety of options to choose from - as an example, my A/C wasn't working so I brought it in. I suspected there was a leak and it was going to be costly but Jeff recharged the freon (it was almost non-existent) and said we'd go from there. A few months later - A/C wasn't working again so I brought it back. They couldn't find a leak but re-charged it again (no cost to me) and Jeff said we should take a "wait and see approach" (especially since we're entering winter and I wouldn't likely need my A/C). If after 6 months, they were constantly re-charging it and no visible leaks found, then we could consider a more costly repair to the condenser. He doesn't try to "up-sell" me on repairs or push me to make decisions without giving me all the info AND when I do need a repair, it's still reasonably priced. Great customer service, clear communication, reasonable rates - truly the best shop in town.”
