“This greenbelt area is great and could be such an asset to the county. But they ignore it. Oh, except for the bow hunting season on deer. I have ridden a bike from the millenium rail to the canal (except for a small piece by the treatment plant). It was neglected, overgrown etc. With very little maintenance it could provide direct access between those trails and all the residential areas between them and allow riders and hikers to avoid narrow traffic arteries like falls rd.”

“Absolutely stunning dance venue. Wonderful wooden floor. No partner necessary, and I found the people there to be very friendly. I am from New England and up there everyone dances with the name tag, so it was funny to me that people asked why I was wearing a name tag (of course I would bring my own, LOL!) I will say it is a bit of a walk to get from the parking area to the Spanish Ballroom, which is where the dance is held.”

“This place is great for dogs. With the trees, rock agility feature, water faucet, and large space it really was great for my two dogs. They ran so much with the other dogs they’ll sleep for days. People seem very respective to pickup poop and also attentive if an issue arises between two dogs. Out of the numerous parks in the DMV area this is one of the best ones I’ve found.”

“I had the most fun at this park. My cousin had her birthday party here and it was nice. The place has multiple spots that can be used for different occasions. The play ground was also cool. One downside (which I think is really a reach) is that I hope to see charging stations.”

“Great dog park! Seems pretty well maintained and people pick up after themselves which is a plus! Only thing that would make it better would be a water fountain for the dogs. It is on the smaller side but everyone has been friendly. No separate space for small dogs though, if you're looking for that.”

“Richard was recommended to us for installing a stone path walkway and retaining wall on the side of our house. It was very easy to schedule an on-site visit to discuss options and recommendations. He even recommended installation of a plant bed with Hydrangeas and a drainage system to help with flooding in particular areas. A quote and contract was sent quickly and the project started as scheduled and was finished as stated. The walkway and plant bed turned out to be even better than expected. We would highly recommend for future projects.”
