“I love the employees in this store. They're friendly and helpful. I visited this store various times and they keep it pretty clean even though they don't appear to have enough employees for this large store. The cashiers are polite and try to get customers taken care of in a timely manner. I certainly can't fault the cashiers if the store only opens 2 lines. They simply do the best they can and I appreciate that! The reason for the 4 stars is that the stock runs out too soon and isn't re stocked quick enough. Thanks!”

“My husband needed new glasses. We went to the Costco in Brandywine, Md. We had the best experience ever. The doctor was excellent as was Kevin the optical manager. My husband got glasses and sunglasses for less than 1 pair of glasses at other places we went to in the past! Not only were they inexpensive, both pair were ready in one week. Again when we went to pick up the glasses another lady at the optical counter helped him. She was equally helpful and friendly. My husband has now had his glasses a week and unlike experiences in the past, he is totally happy with both pair.I can't wait to get my next eyeglasses from Costco!”

“I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked, nitrogen and it was suggested I needed new tires which I kinda knew already. Went in the next day and got a set of new high performance Michelin tires at an excellent price. Customer service was top notch, the guys and girls got me in and out in no time and really took care of me. Special shout out to the tech with glasses, forgot his name but thank you, and the whole crew for being very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Costco Brandywine tire center to anyone needing new tires! My Fiat 500L ready now!”
