“I toured Heartfields at Bowie after touring other senior communities in the area looking for a great place for my grandmother. I was extremely pleased with the tour I had with the sales counselor Nicola Hall. She was very professional, had a smile on her face when she greeted me. She explained the operation of the community and the care they provide. The customer service that was presented by the staff as we toured and the smiles on residents faces made me feel this is the right place for my grandmother. It was a warm feeling and a home like setting just what I am looking for. I also was introduced to the Executive Director with a smile and a great conversation. Nicola invited me to stay for lunch to taste the five star dining experience. I want to say the experience over all was excellent.... Thank you......”

You could tell that they really care about their reputation. He said that he wanted me to come back in if I saw any problems with the tint later on because he doesn't want any bad tints out there with his name on it. Really impressed. UPDATE - Two years later, the tint is still holding strong! I am so impressed and will definitely be back the next time I need a tint job.”
