“In 2012, I contacted Brazilian-Floors to redo my hardwood floors. A sales person came to our house and not only help me choose the proper wood stain color that would make my house look better, but also suggested some things that I didn't think of (like air vents, we had some metal ones, and they told us that some wood ones integrated in the floors would look better... and they were right... I get comments from everyone that comes to the house). I requested for the work to start 2 days later, they accepted. The crew came and sealed my living room, dining room and Kitchen from the rest of the house with plastic in order to block any dust to go to the rest of the house. I got home that evening and could not believe how nice the floors looked. They had to go there the next day to finish applying the stain. I am really pleased with the worked that was done, the professionalism of the sales person and Work crew. I was looking for their address and phone number to give to a family member and saw the 3 previous reviews and I could not understand these comments as the experience that I had was the complete opposite.
