They confirmed the rust was likely due to their installation, and also found water where it shouldn't be. They honored their warranty on both materials (new windshield) and labor with no prodding. Their honest and forthright approach earns 5 stars.”

“I always get buffer zone from here. It's really good. I've tried couple of others. They're pretty good too. Their quality is always consistent. Never had a bad experience. If you pick up, it's a 15 minutes wait. If you get it delivered, the wait is about 45 minutes”

“I am in the DC area for a short period of time for a work assignment. I’ve been wanting to start my laser treatment but didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a couple of sessions. I was able to start my sessions with them for a fair price while also getting quality laser treatment. I was clear about my expectations and goals and in return they were clear about the process and business policies. Dr. Thomas and Keith are professional but run a very small business so my experience was personal and they treated me more like a friend which was nice!”

Called a bunch of stores looking for a red IPhone 8 - the other stores were a joke(just about everyone in DC area) I was told they either didn’t carry the phone or didn’t bother to check inventory. My guy Terrance was not only courteous over the phone , he took the time to check his inventory and offer to order it for me since he didn’t have it in stock. Make a long story short - I went in the store and witnessed the best customer service in quite some time. Everyone I like will be referred over to these guys ????????????????
